a curtain of pasta
1 1 /2 cups soft whole wheat
1 1/2 cups durum semolina
4 large eggs
water
mix. add water as needed. let rest for about 30 minutes. roll and cut. hang dry for about 30 minutes. boil in salted water for 3 minutes til al dente.
